Julia Co-Creators Receive James H. Wilkinson Prize: Julia
co-creators Jeff Bezanson, Stefan Karpinski and Viral Shah Received the
James H. Wilkinson Prize for Numerical Software at the Society for
Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) Conference on Computational
Science and Engineering (CSE19). Jeff, Stefan and Viral delivered a
talk
titled ‘Solving the Two Language Problem in Numerical Computing’.

JuliaTeam Vision: Stefan Karpinski published a blog

JuliaDB: JuliaDB is a Julia Computing database product designed for
big data. Features include just-in-time compilation, parallel computing,
flexible type storage, fast UDFs and a fast CSV parser. JuliaDB in
Julia 1.0 is
